Special Event: Rick Glassman

Rick Glassman doesn’t drink alcohol. He also doesn’t eat cheese, fish, dark-meat poultry, or butter. He thinks that Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone and that John C. Reilly’s Oscar snub for 2008’s Step Brothers is the greatest crime ever purported on the American movie-going public. At one point in the winter on 2006, he attempted to read an entire book (no pictures), but put it down after hearing the microwave announce the completion of his frozen chicken pot pie. Rick starting performing comedy in Cleveland, Ohio in the late-2000s after completing his life-long dream of winning the Men’s Intramural Basketball Championship at his alma mater, Kent State University. After an incredibly successful tour of local comedy clubs, coffee shops and community theater short-form improvisation shows, Rick packed up and moved to Los Angeles, California, where he finally got his big break playing a waiter at a popular San-Fernando Valley Steak House. From there, his star has seemed to rise to astronomical levels. Today, you may recognize him from his background work in Always Sunny in Philadelphia, his role as a wise-cracking newlywed in a spot for some local Chicago real-estate bank, or his many videos on a popular mobile-device-only video sharing app, one with over 1000 likes. Rick will also be starring on the upcoming Bill Lawrence multi-cam sitcom, Undateable, coming this fall to NBC, when some other show gets cancelled. (My brother Matt wrote this. My mom thinks it's so funny. It's pretty accurate.)

All shows are 21+.
